Ingredients

1 Tbsp Oil

1 lb Sriracha Seasoned 85% Lean Ground Beef

1/2 Yellow Onion, finely chopped

2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped

1 Celery Stalk, finely chopped

1/4 Head Green Cabbage, thinly sliced (2 cups)

¼ Cup Hoisin Sauce

1 Large Carrot, coarsely shredded

3 Green Onions, thinly sliced, divided

1/4 Cup Coarsely Chopped Fresh Cilantro, divided

1 Head Iceberg Lettuce, leaves separated

Accompaniments: Chopped Roasted Peanuts, Lime Wedges

Method

  1. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil. When hot, add beef and stir-fry, breaking up meat, for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Using slotted spoon, transfer beef to bowl.
  2. Return skillet to medium-high heat. Add yellow onions and garlic and sauté 1 minute, or until beginning to soften. Add celery and cabbage. Stir for 3 minutes, or until slightly tender.
  3. Stir in hoisin and beef. Cook 30 seconds to blend flavors. Stir in carrots, one-third of green onions and half of cilantro. Season with salt.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into lettuce leaves. Top with remaining green onions, cilantro, and peanuts. Serve with limes.
